About Us

EGIM now managed by the fourth generation of the Gariboldi Family, was founded in 1914 by Carlo Gariboldi in the earth of Milan where today is still based.

The founder was soon joined by his two sons Enrico and Luigi to take the Company through the difficult years of War World Two and than to pass the activity onto Renato, Enrico’s son, that has been working for over 50 years in the company. Now Giacomo and Paolo carry on the publishing tradition of the Family.

EGIM started publishing in his early times Religious Art serving all the italian Churches and Religious Institutes and following a later evolution the activity moved more to the development of Fine Art and Museum prints which lead to establish the EGIM name as one of the most renewed all over the World and to become the official publishers of one of the largest Museum in the entire world, the Museum of Fine Arts of Boston where the most beatifull Art Collections find their home.

EGIM since the beginning is a real publisher with his own printing department equipped with the newest printing machines Heidelberg Speedmaster, still the best available on the market.
